How Your Virtual Care Journey Works

  1. Book Your Initial Consultation
    Select a convenient time through our secure online portal to meet with our Family Nurse Practitioner.

  2. Complete Your New Patient Paperwork
    Please complete any required consent forms, health history questionnaires, and upload any recent bloodwork to our secure patient portal.

  3. Your Deep-Dive Video Session
    We will send you a text or e-mail link at the time of your scheduled appointment. Connect via our private video link for a comprehensive evaluation where we discuss your symptoms, lifestyle factors, and target goals.

  4. Targeted Lab Testing
    The necessary lab work up will be determined and you will be guided to the nearest Quest Diagnostics draw site. Your general labs are included in your consult fee, if you desire to carry your lab order to another facility, you are free to do so, however your consult fee remains the same.

    If specialized testing is needed (e.g., GI MAP, DUTCH test, nutrient panels), your kits are mailed straight to you with clear instructions or your are guided to the nearest draw site.

  5. Review & Personalized Protocol
    During your follow-up virtual visit, we review your lab results together and build your custom roadmap, including dietary guidance, targeted supplements, and lifestyle modifications.
