We do not currently work with any financing companies.
Do you accept Insurance?
Brio Med Spa & Wellness offers a wide variety of treatments, most of which are considered “off-label or cosmetic,” therefore insurance does not cover these. We do not work with or bill any insurances under any circumstances. We do accept HSA and FSA.
Lab & Insurance Disclaimer
At Brio Med Spa & Wellness, we are a cash-based practice and are not credentialed with any insurance providers, including Medicare. In order to support the high standard of personalized care we provide, we have independently negotiated pricing with our partner laboratories for comprehensive lab panels. These rates reflect both the depth of testing and the clinical time involved in ordering, interpreting, and developing individualized treatment plans.
If a patient requests that labs be ordered through an outside lab or their insurance, the package price remains the same. This is because the cost includes not only the lab coordination but also the clinical time required to review and interpret results, regardless of where the labs are drawn.
Please note:
We do not provide CPT or diagnosis codes for insurance reimbursement.
Many of the functional and preventative labs we run are not covered by insurance.

sHOOT! i MISSED MY APPOINTMENT!
Brio Med Spa & Wellness has a strict no show policy. If you schedule an appointment and do not show up or provide 24 hours notice to re-schedule you will be charged a $50 non-refundable fee. When you book a new appointment, you will be charged a $50 deposit. This deposit will be applied towards your services, however in the event that you do not show up or cancel your appointment within 24 hours, this deposit will cover your fee.
This is out of respect for your time, our time, and the time of all the patients we serve.
By adhering to this strict no-show policy, Brio will be able to provide quality service to every patient that walks through the door.
Can I bring my children with me to my appointment?
It is the policy of Brio Med Spa & Wellness that children do not attend appointments. Given the nature of the services provided and the devices within the spa, we do not allow children in order to provide a safe and relaxing environment for all. Under no circumstances will any medical procedure be performed with children present.
Can I bring my pet with me to my appointment?
It is the policy of Brio Med Spa & Wellness that pets do not attend appointments. Given the nature of the services provided and the devices within the spa, we do not allow pets in order to provide a safe and relaxing environment for all. Under no circumstances will any medical procedure be performed with pets present.
Will you provide me with a lab order to have my labs drawn at another lab?
While we are happy to provide a lab order for you to have your labs drawn wherever you choose, your package price remains the same as outlined in the Lab & Insurance Disclaimer.
